Brad Jackson, co-founder & CEO

Brad has been working at the intersection of technology, organization, and process for over twenty years. cordin8 is based upon research and practice in the use of technology to facilitate the team-based organization, especially in the Web 2.0 era, and is the result of collaborative efforts between cordin8 technologies, llc and its partners and customers. Brad focuses on relationships with partners to create solutions that leverage cordin8's collaborative business platform as well as the successful implementation of cordin8 solutions with customers. He has B.S. from the University of Arkansas and an M.S. from the University of Houston both in computer science.




Andy Kalish, co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Andy has over 30 years of experience in software development and consulting, performing systems architecture, software engineering, testing, and organization and project management roles. Particular areas of focus have been data communications architectures and collaborative computing technologies. In 1990, Unisys had a strategic interest in Open Systems Interoperability and he was assigned to their Interoperability Test Lab. Sent to improve the Lab's performance, he focused them on exceeding customer requirements and integrating quality and teamwork concepts in the culture of the organization. Mr. Kalish led the transition of the Lab into a successful, profitable operation. Since 1995, he has worked with collaborative technologies, taking these quality and team oriented philosophies, and enhancing their application with technological support. He initiated and led the Unisys Information Services, Center of Excellence for collaborative technologies, and partnered with key technology platform providers: Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange, in providing collaborative solutions for Unisys clients. Since 1997, he has partnered in 3 entrepreneurial start-up companies applying collaborative technologies to specific business solutions in the insurance and legal industry, as well as the application of collaborative technologies to support methodologies like project management in pharmaceutical and life sciences.




Kevin Cox, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin has over 20 years' experience in financial management, management consulting, and information technology roles across the energy and telecommunications industries. He has played a key role in creating two new operating businesses, a wholesale Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and a mid-stream natural gas infrastructure provider within a corporate organization. He has experience in strategic planning and analysis; business valuation; business / corporate development; acquisitions and divestitures. In addition to financial management experience, he has worked in the management consulting industry with a primary focus on the telecommunications and energy industry. His experience includes business analysis, process re-design, and systems implementation. He graduated with his bachelor of business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and received his M.B.A., with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business.
