We work closely with our clients to ensure a successful implementation and transfer of skills. The following outlines the major steps in our process.

I. Align (Requirements)
In the Align phase, we work with our clients to define how the cordin8 solution
will be implemented in their organization to achieve maximum benefit. To do that we:
- Identify and document client specific requirements for the solution including measures, reports, forms, templates, approvals, and workflows
- Define the roll-up structure data presentation and status indicators
- Define external data sources including data structures, access permissions, and interface schedules
A review of the schedule for the Pilot and Launch phases is conducted. This includes the definition of training and launch dates, confirmation of technical installation dates, and communication requirements for system users.
II. Configuration (Setup)
During the Configure phase, we implement the defined business requirements in the cordin8 solution. By adjusting the standard cordin8 solution, we can ensure our client gets the benefit of ready to use software while improving its suitability for their particular environment and situation.

action and to confirm ensure that it meets the defined business requirements.
